Kathleen Achterberg, Minister of Music, St. Paul, Austin, undergoing 
treatment for Multiple Myeloma.

Mrs. Alejandra Diaz, wife of Rev. John Diaz (St. Paul, George West) 
hospitalized at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.

Sharon Klug, the mother of Linda Braun (Director of The Early Childhood 
Ministry at Lamb of God, Flower Mound) diagnosed with a terminal cancer.

Mrs. Ruth Lawrenz, wife of Rev. Ron Lawrenz (Em., Houston) having 
surgery on Tuesday, May 24.

Samantha Pittock, infant daughter of Rev. Travis and Stephanie Pittock 
(Faith, Huntsville) at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital.  Prayers 
specifically requested for a smooth transition to going home under 
hospice care.

2011 Texas District Prayer Retreat

Mark you calendars now.  The 2011 TX District prayer retreat will be 
Nov. 7-9 at Camp Allen, Navasota, TX (campallen.org).  Registration 
available soon.  With significant subsidy from the District and Thrivent 
the cost for two nights and six meals is: Single- $200.  Double (ea) 
-$150   Couples- $300
