MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT RATE
The reimbursement rate recommended by the IRS for company mileage on 
personal vehicles has increased. Please make a note that the District 
reimbursement rate will now be 53.5 cents per mile effective July 1, 
2011. (The District has historically reimbursed two cents below the 
recommended or optional rate.)

At the request of several church treasurers the Texas District is now 
able to offer the ease and convenience of electronic funds transfer 
(EFT) for mission offerings. Enrollment instructions are located on the 
Texas District web site http://www.txdistlcms.org. Select the 
Treasurer's Resources quicklink to get to Electronic Transfer 
Instructions (PDF) and and EFT Authorization Form (PDF). We hope this

The 2011 Professional Church Workers' Conference, "Incarnational Witness
