and area cost of living index this week at their March meeting. The

LCMS National Convention Choir
Saturday, July 10, 4:00 pm

The 2010 National Convention of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod is in 
Houston this summer, July 10 – July 17, 2010, at the George R. Brown 
Convention Center. The opening worship will be July 10 at 4:00 pm and we 
are looking to put together a fabulous adult choir and children's choir 
to help lead that service.

The Adult Choir will be under the direction of Dr. David Stocker, former 
Director of Choral Studies at Arizona State University. He’s fun, he’s 
thoughtful, he’s really, really good!! The Children’s Choir will be 
under the direction of Janet Muth (Memorial Lutheran) and Jeff Armstrong 
(Our Savior’s Lutheran). The 150 voice Children’s Choir will be for 
students who have completed 2nd through 8th grade.
