Christian sympathy and prayers for:

The family and friends of Mr. Emil Frederick Roos, stepfather of Rev. 
Dr. Jerry Kieschnick's wife, Terry, who was taken to his heavenly home 
on January 29, 2010. His funeral was held on February 3, 2010.

In our prayers:

Rev. Robert Balduc (St. Peter, Roanoke) as he recovers from surgery to 
remove his appendix this afternoon.

Mrs. Benita Bauer, wife of Rev. Allen Bauer (Pilgrim, Houston) released 
from ICU and recovering after shoulder replacement surgery.

Thanks to God for birth and Baptism of Blake Eric Sacre, grandson of 
Rev. Matt and Melissa Jacobs (Grace, Brenham) who was born early Sunday 
morning, January 31, 2010 to Tricia and Brett Sacre . Because of severe 
spina bifida he remains in Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. He has 
had surgery to close the extensive opening on the spine and will undergo 
surgery to place a shunt in his brain. He will also need procedures to 
repair a fractured leg, dislocate hips, and other internal complications 
associated with spina bifida.

Tristen Dasch son of Rev. Dr. Bill and Shiela Dasch (St. John, 
Mansfield) who has had 2 rounds of chemo in preparation for a special 
cell treatment and bone marrow transplant Pray that Tristen to have no 
ill effects from chemo, and for his mind and body to be strong.

Vicar James and Katie Jarrett (Water of Life, Forney) whose 10 mo. old 
daughter, Lucy, has been ICU with heart issues this week.

Chaplain Ernest Schoenborn (Emeritus, San Antonio) who broke his hip and 
injured his leg and shoulder in a fall. Please pray for Chaplain’s 
recover and strength for his wife, Ginny, during his recovery.
