OUR CHRISTIAN LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO...

The family and friends of Makenzie Rebekah Stocker, called to her 
eternal home Wednesday night following an automobile accident. Makenzie 
was 18 years old, the eldest daughter of Rev. Todd and Kellie Stocker 
(Houston Lutheran South Academy) and big sister to Nathan & Maddie.  The 
family will receive friends Sunday, June 7, from 4:00-6:00pm at Crowder 
Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., Webster, Texas. Her life with 
us and her eternal life with Jesus will be celebrated on Monday, June 8 
at 10:30am in the Worship Center of Gloria Dei. A reception in the Life 
Center will immediately follow the service.  Memorial gifts may be made 
to the Makenzie Stocker Memorial Fund at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, and 
will be used to further the mission and expand the kingdom.

Nicole Bahn (Zion, Dallas) and daughter-in-law of Rev. David & Diane 
Bahn (St. John, Cypress and PLI, Dallas) has been admitted to MD 
Anderson for treatment in her three year long battle with cancer. 
Kidneys are not functioning properly. Please keep Nici and Matt (her 
husband) in your prayers!

Rev. Wayne Renning (Em. Circuilt Counselor #13) recovering after a mild 
heart attack.

Rev. Andrew Simcak, Jr. (Em.) hospitalized for tests in Houston
