OUR CHRISTIAN LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO...

Family and friends of Chris Elbrecht White, daughter of the late Rev. 
Dr. Paul Elbrecht, former president of Concordia University Texas 
(1970-1972) and the sister to Lynn, wife of Rev. John Davenport 
(Zion,Walburg). Chris was called to her Savior's side on January 23 
after a long and courageous battle with brain cancer.

Sarah Lindsey and Rev. Danny Anderson (St. John, Mansfeld) who will be 
joined in marriage on Saturday, January 31st at Our Savior Lutheran in 
Nashville, TN

Nici Bahn, (Teacher, Zion, Dallas) and daughter-in-law of Rev. and Mrs. 
David Bahn (St. John, Cypress) as she continues to battle against 
cancer, God's protection and success for the outpatient treatment 
scheduled for 2/3.
 
Lorene Jander, mother of Dr. Lou Jander (MMF, Area D) hospitalized in 
Brenham.

JoAnn Nielson, wife of Vicar David Nielson (Grace, Del Rio) at Mayo 
Clinic, Phoenix, AZ.

Plans and preparations for the 2009 Texas District Convention, June 
25-28 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Addison
