OUR CHRISTIAN LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO...

The family of Emilie Winke Schmidt (emeritus) sister of Eva Zoch 
(Trinity, Houston) who died the morning of January 3.

The family, friends and classmates of Caleb Hays, 9 year old son of 
Jerry (former DCE, St. John, Mansfield) and Gretchen Hays, who was 
killed Saturday, December 29, along with a family friend, Daniel Dase, 
52, of Fort Worth, Texas. The two were in a helicopter that crashed near 
Fort Worth. The Hays family currently lives in St. Louis where Jerry is 
a student at Concordia Seminary. Memorials may be made to the Caleb Hays 
Memorial Fund, in care of St. John Lutheran Church, 1218 East Debbie 
Lane, Mansfield, Texas.

cancer.

Rev. David Jeske (Grace, Mart) recovering from a stroke.

Nicole Bahn (Teacher at Zion, Dallas) and daughter-in-law of Rev. Dr. & 
Mrs. David Bahn (St. John, Cypress) visiting M. D. Anderson in Houston 
on Monday for cancer treatment assessment.
