OUR CHRISTIAN LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO...

The family and friends of Dorothy Bode, wife of former Oklahoma District 
President, Rev. Dr. Gerhard Bode and mother of Mrs. Al (Kathy) 
Gallmeier, Smithville, TX. Dorothy died Thursday morning, February 21 
and had recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Although they've 
retired in Houston, the burial will be next week in Oklahoma.

Ann, wife of Rev. Walt Dube, (Pilgrim, Houston) receiving treatments for 
cancer.

John Goeke (Public Relations, Texas District) recovering from surgery on 
February 13, after his appendix ruptured. He returned home from the 
hospital this past Wednesday.

Marian Hamre (Peace, Hurst) recovering after arthroscopic surgery on her 
knee Thursday, Feb. 21.

Rev. Paul and Jennifer Ferguson (Our Savior, Rockwall) on the birth of 
Samuel Thomas Ferguson Tuesday, 2/19/08. He joins three big sisters. Two 
of Sam’s grandparents serve in the Texas District as well: Judy Ferguson 
(Teacher, Our Redeemer Dallas) and Rev. Duane Brunette (Lamb of God, 
Humble).

Marian Hamre (Peace, Hurst) with a new granddaughter, Lottie Lis Angela 
Hamre born Jan. 27 to Scott & Rachael Hamre in Blackwell, OK. She joins 
two-year old sister, Greta.
