WANTED…
Mt. Calvary, Brady, is in need of a replacement organ and/or piano. If
one is available, please call Mt. Calvary at 325-597-2498 or contact the
District Office at 1-800-951-3478.
Jesus Lutheran Church of the Deaf in Austin is doing some remodeling and
we will have an opening in the wall where a small stained glass window
would look real nice. However, since we can't justify spending the money
on one, we were thinking that perhaps one of the many congregations in
Texas might have one that was in a former building, a building that was
sold or torn down, that is kept in storage because they have no place to
put it. We are looking for something that is less than three feet wide
(Yes, we are removing a door) and, preferably four feet tall, or less.
Really, any size smaller than that is acceptable. If you know of a
window that is waiting to see the light of day and is tired of being
locked up in a dark, dank storage room, please contact Mark Seeger at
Jesus Lutheran Church of the Deaf at MarkJLCD at AOL.com.
