OUR CHRISTIAN LOVE AND SYMPATHY TO . . .

MARIAN HAMRE, (Director, Red Apple School at Peace, Hurst) whose mother, 
Doris Enlund, died on Saturday, July 28th in Minneapolis. Memorial 
Service will be at Mt. Calvary Lutheran in Richfield, MN Aug. 11.

DAVID AND SHIRLEY BERGMAN (Bethlehem, Palestine).  David's father, Ivan 
Bergman, died in Chandler, Arizona, on Friday, July 27 at the age of 
95.  A memorial service was held at Gethsemane Lutheran in Tempe, 
Arizona on Thursday, August 9th.

REV. ARNULFO DOMINGUEZ AND FAMILY, upon the death, Sunday, August 5, of 
his wife, Domitila.  Services were held on Wednesday, August 8 at Mision 
Emanuel, Mercedes.

MARLYS AND BOB ERICKSON (Marlys, Texas District Treasurer) on the death 
of her brother, Marvin McWilliams, Tuesday, August 7, in the Sacramento 
area.  Services will be Tuesday, August 14 in California.

IN OUR PRAYERS . . .

MICHAEL AND JILL WELMER (Epiphany, Houston) whose son Donald has been 
diagnosed with noduler sclerosis Hodgkins disease.  The good news is 
that this is a very treatable form of cancer with a 90% success rate.  
Donald was to begin seminary in September but must now wait until 
January or next fall.  He will have 8 weeks of chemo.
